UPDATE 7/26/14 He's starting to get his hair back. We are still giving him special hypoallergenic food and giving him baths incase it could be fleas as well. He was a hot mess when he came in. This is Colt, he was pull from our local shelter. He is a ShihTzu and as you can see he is missing about 90% if his hair. This has been going on for a long time. He is so sweet and happy go lucky. His condition will take a long time to heal and grow hair. This will mean many vet visits and lots of medicine. He is worth it I just don't know how people can see this and not do anything. He will be available for adoption once he's cleared by our vet!If you think you would be interested please fill out our application and we can start the process.
